About us

The Gloucester Community Development Corporation (GCDC) is a not-for-profit 501 (3) organization incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Gloucester CDC was incorporated in the year 2000.

The Gloucester CDC is composed of a Board of Directors,  an Advisory Board (in formation), staff, and volunteers.

To foster economic, community, and urban development within the city of Gloucester, MA.
